My name is Ms.3
2. What kind of art do you do?
I am a multimedia artist
3. What are the things you're most proud of/grateful for?
I am proud of what I've created and released back in to the universe and grateful for all the gifts the world has given me, experiences that looked grim at first and flourished in to magical works of art.
4. What seems to be your biggest struggle at the moment?
Biggest struggle is not having enough arms or space to CRE8 ;) bigger pieces
5. How do you override your struggles as an artist?
By letting go of what ever it is that I’m struggling with. I’ve made monumental sacrifices. If I can’t store art I give it away to make room to work and plus it makes people happy to receive art from me. I put a lot of heart in to my work I’m literally giving away a piece of my spirit every time and it feels good. I’ve never given away art and felt bad about it... so all in good spirit; sale, give away, it’s all the same in the end my art lives on. All though I've seen art in yard sales from artists I've known in the past and it makes me smile because it’s beautiful to see it from gallery to gallery then ends up sun bathing in someone’s front yard.... the ego is the hardest thing to shake but honestly I’m at peace with mine...
6. What are you currently working on?
At the moment I am working on a few small sculptures and working with tree stumps pretty much adding legs and hollowing parts of them out to add plants in them to have life, death and art all in one. I love to see people think and I achieve it with my art.
7. What is your mission as an artist?
My mission is to express my thoughts through art. My spiritual views and my frustrations, my outlet has always been art. Before art I enjoyed destruction but with time and healing I discovered I can put all of it in my art... and in time it morphed into beautiful art.
